Delete Your Zeevlo Account

Official external account deletion portal for Zeevlo users and Google Play compliance. You can request deletion directly here without reinstalling the app.

Step 1: Enter your registered Zeevlo email

Enter the email address tied to your Zeevlo account. To protect your privacy against account enumeration, we will send a 6-digit verification code to the address if it is registered with an active account.

What happens when you request deletion?

  • Immediate Effect: Your account is signed out on all devices, device push tokens are deleted, and all active listings are restricted and hidden from campus feeds.
  • 15-Day Safety Window: In accordance with our platform security guidelines, past completed order receipts and chat records are retained for up to 15 days solely for dispute resolution and fraud prevention.
  • Permanent Purge: After 15 days, our automated service permanently purges all uploaded photos from storage and fully anonymizes database records.
